Autofiber Australia offers returns if we are at fault. if you have a Return inquiry or question, please contact us.
Product Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your purchased products, The purchased product MUST not be opened or damaged. to return item you must pay to return shipping to Autofiber Australia HQ. Once returned product is received, Autofiber Australia will pack desired product of equal value and contact you for shipping payment.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition. To complete your return, we require a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
Request A Refund
To request a refund on an item or order, the entire product or order needs to be sent back to Autofiber Australia for inspection. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/order. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-14 days of approval.
Late Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted as it goes through many accounts before received at either end. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us immediately.
